By downloading or using LintuKäly, you agree to these terms.
LintuKäly is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a bird identification and observation diary tool. You may use the App on any Apple devices you own that meet the system requirements (iOS 26+ / macOS 26+).
Bird identifications provided by the App, whether by on-device models or cloud AI providers, are suggestions and may not always be correct. The App is a tool to assist your birding, not a definitive taxonomic authority. Always verify identifications independently when accuracy is important.
If you enable cloud AI identification, you are also subject to the terms of service of the respective AI provider. The developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data handling practices of third-party AI services.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App, including observation records, photos, and notes. The developer does not claim any rights to your content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect identifications, data loss, or interruptions in service.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

LintuKäly on tarkoitettu henkilökohtaiseen, ei-kaupalliseen käyttöön lintujen tunnistus- ja havaintopäiväkirjatyökaluna. Voit käyttää Sovellusta kaikilla omistamillasi Apple-laitteilla, jotka täyttävät järjestelmävaatimukset (iOS 26+ / macOS 26+).
Sovelluksen tarjoamat lintutunnistukset, olivatpa ne laitteessa toimivien mallien tai pilvipohjaisten tekoälypalveluiden tekemiä, ovat ehdotuksia eivätkä aina välttämättä oikein. Sovellus on työkalu lintuharrastuksesi tueksi, ei lopullinen taksonominen auktoriteetti. Varmista tunnistukset aina itsenäisesti, kun tarkkuus on tärkeää.
Jos otat käyttöön pilvipohjaisen tekoälytunnistuksen, sinua sitovat myös kyseisen tekoälypalveluntarjoajan käyttöehdot. Kehittäjä ei vastaa kolmansien osapuolten tekoälypalveluiden saatavuudesta, tarkkuudesta tai tietojenkäsittelykäytännöistä.
Säilytät täyden omistusoikeuden kaikkeen Sovelluksessa luomaasi sisältöön, mukaan lukien havaintotiedot, kuvat ja muistiinpanot. Kehittäjä ei vaadi mitään oikeuksia sisältöösi.
Sovellus tarjotaan "sellaisenaan" ilman minkäänlaista takuuta. Kehittäjä ei vastaa vahingoista, jotka aiheutuvat Sovelluksen käytöstä, mukaan lukien mutta ei rajoittuen virheellisiin tunnistuksiin, tietojen menetykseen tai palvelun keskeytyksiin.
Näitä ehtoja saatetaan päivittää ajoittain. Sovelluksen jatkuva käyttö muutosten jälkeen katsotaan uusien ehtojen hyväksymiseksi.
